These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Team Manager (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Team Manager helps team managers track dues, send payment reminders, and record and reconcile payments. The Service is a record-keeping and communication tool only. It is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor, and it does not hold, move, or guarantee funds.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the rosters, contact details, charges, and payments you enter. You represent that you have the right to enter and use the personal information of the families you manage and to contact them for the purposes of the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your communications, including those governing SMS and email messaging (for example, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM Act), and for honoring opt-out requests.
Payments
All payments take place outside of Team Manager through third parties you choose, such as Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. Team Manager records payments for your convenience but does not collect, verify, process, guarantee, or refund them. Any dispute about a payment is between you and the payer and the relevant third-party provider. Links generated by the Service (such as Venmo links) are provided for convenience and are subject to the third party's own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing purpose; not to upload content you do not have the right to share; and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Team Manager and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you enter, and you grant us the limited rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Manager will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or payment amounts, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Manager from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
